Due to travel restrictions and possible health risks, there has not been nor is there a set date for an official memorial service.
In Florida, we do plan on having a CELEBRATION of life, with emphasis on celebration. My father made it clear he did not want a normal, sad, boring, service, but wished to have a large party or milonga, where he could be the life of the party and reason th,at everyone gets together to have a blast!
There will also be a celebration of life and ceremony in Ecuador, his birth country, where he will be laid to rest alongside family.
We will continue to monitor travel restrictions, and Covid updates to best choose the dates for the celebrations. We are perhaps aiming for the one year date of his passing, and or next birth day.
